After a cold day in Joshua Tree we were driving out of the park at twilight. Frankie didn’t want to be in the carseat for a minute longer so we pulled over to comfort her. She couldn’t have chosen a better spot to have a meltdown. A beautiful scene was presented to me and I grabbed my camera and ran for the glowing cacti.
